Data processed and purposes

• Contact form : name, email, phone (optional), profile and message, in order to answer your request. A non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address is kept to combat abuse. Legal basis: your consent and the publisher's legitimate interest.
• User account : email, name, phone, password (stored only in irreversibly encrypted form), role, and security log (sign-ins, IP address, browser). Legal basis: performance of the contract and security of the service.
• Technical data : IP addresses and connection logs processed by the host and the content delivery network for the security and proper functioning of the site.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use any advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Only a strictly necessary cookie (teranga_session) is set when you sign in, to keep your session. Your language and display preferences may be saved in your browser's local storage. As these elements are essential or purely functional, no prior consent is required.

Recipients and processors

• Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany), servers located in the European Union.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) provides content delivery, DNS and protection for the site: for this purpose it processes IP addresses and technical connection data (security, caching). This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Technical maintenance: Hexa Novation SASU (HexaNovation), the client's service provider, within the limits of its assignments.

Retention periods

Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange; accounts: for the period of use, then 3 years of inactivity; security logs: 12 months. Periods to be completed / to be validated by the publisher.

Your rights

Security
